SAFE - Standard in Aviation Fuel Education
The SAFE Academy sets the training benchmark for professionals involved in aviation refuelling, aviation fuel storage and hydrant management. Offering a diverse range of training in aviation fuel filtration and monitoring, SAFE leverages an exclusive network of strategic partners and esteemed experts in the field to create a comprehensive education program for the industry.
The SAFE training includes technical training on products, specifications and industry standards. The training facility, equipped with filter systems and airfield refuelling vehicle, provides a unique hands-on training opportunity. Teaching and learning methods are tailored to the participants' existing knowledge and specific needs, with opportunities for further refinement throughout the courses. The continuous professional development of our instructors is ensured through active involvement and participation in internal and external training programmes.
Training structure
The classification of the training program into Ops and Management Levels facilitates the selection of the right course. Tailor-made, customer-specific seminars can be arranged.
The curriculum ranges from practical basic and refresher courses to more advanced and product-specific training. Participants benefit from the in-depth expertise of external trainers, valuable practical experience and courses tailored to individual needs and requirements.
The SAFE Symposium is a multidisciplinary forum that provides information on the latest developments, product and market trends.
Ops Level
The primarily hands-on training provides an understanding of all aspects of aviation fuel filtration and fuel quality monitoring. Participants learn, for instance, how to inspect, test and maintain filter systems correctly. The objective of the course is to implement quality standards and gain knowledge for process optimization and safe handling. Participants will also be able to better understand the interaction between filter systems and fuel monitoring electronics.
Management Level
The course is designed for decision makers looking for a concise but in-depth under-standing of filtration and fuel monitoring technology. The objectives of the Management Deep Dive are to elaborate case studies and raise awareness of the challenges in dealing with aviation fuel. In doing so, our specialists address individual focus areas as well as the right balance between operational excellence and quality.
